Requirements

  • Professionals working at least 3 months in a company with at least 1 year history
  • Those earning at least 80% of income outside Spain
  • Minimum monthly income: 200% of SMI (approximately €2,763/month)
  • University degree or at least 3 years experience in the field
  • Comprehensive private health insurance

Digital Nomad Visa holders can benefit from the Beckham Law. Fixed 24% income tax, valid for 6 years.

Non-Lucrative Visa (Non-Profit Residence Permit)

Enjoy Living in Spain Without Working

The Non-Lucrative Visa is a residence permit designed for those who want to live in Spain without working. Generally preferred by retirees, individuals with savings or those with passive income.

Bring Your Family Together in Spain

If you are legally living in Spain and have renewed your residence permit, you can bring your family members to join you.
