Work Remotely from Spain, Enjoy Mediterranean Life
The Digital Nomad Visa offered under Spain's Startup Law grants professionals working remotely for a company abroad the right to live legally in Spain.
Requirements
- Professionals working at least 3 months in a company with at least 1 year history
- Those earning at least 80% of income outside Spain
- Minimum monthly income: 200% of SMI (approximately €2,763/month)
- University degree or at least 3 years experience in the field
- Comprehensive private health insurance
Digital Nomad Visa holders can benefit from the Beckham Law. Fixed 24% income tax, valid for 6 years.
Non-Lucrative Visa (Non-Profit Residence Permit)

The Non-Lucrative Visa is a residence permit designed for those who want to live in Spain without working. Generally preferred by retirees, individuals with savings or those with passive income.
Requirements
- 400% of IPREM in bank account (approximately €28,800)
